Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently deliver within Finland. Orders ship from our warehouse in Finland.

Handling time. An order placed before 14:00 on a working day is dispatched from our warehouse in Finland the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day. You receive a tracking code by email once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Carriers and delivery time. Your order is packed and sent from our warehouse in Finland. You get a tracking code by email when the parcel leaves the warehouse, so you can follow it the rest of the way. Within Finland the parcel usually arrives on the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery cost. Delivery 5.90 €. Delivery is free on orders over 59 €.

Damaged in transit. If the parcel or product arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@lautio.fi, preferably with a photo. We replace the product or refund it in full, return costs included.

Uncollected parcels. If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding time it is returned to us. We may deduct the actual return costs from the refund, unless the order was cancelled in accordance with the return policy.
